ARTSX
STUDENT COLLABORATION
What is ARTX?
ArtsX is a creation of students and faculty from the College of Musical Arts, School of Art, the Department of Theatre and Film, and Creative Writing, as well as numerous student groups and clubs. It is free and open to the public.
What is a Lenticular?
Lenticular printing is a technology in which lenticular lenses are used to produce printed images with an illusion of depth, or the ability to change or move as the image is viewed from different angles.
As a class we collaborated on the ARTSX show throughout the semester. We were heavily influenced by the work of Saul Bass and created a spin off of his style. The ARTSX 2020 show was based around the magic behind the arts as well as having a magician come in for the main show.
The main focus that I had taken part in was taking our design and putting it onto large lenticulars that will be shown when first walking into the Wolf Center, where the entrance of the show will be held at.
